Preparing for Friartown Online Education & Prevention Programs

Summer 2023

The Division of Student Affairs is dedicated to setting students up for success as members of the community here and beyond. As such, new students are expected to complete the online modules listed below to help them learn more about their unique strengths and how best to utilize them in college and in future careers; how to make thoughtful and healthy choices outside the classroom; how to foster an environment where people of all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and perspectives can flourish; and how to support their peers and themselves when faced with tough situations.

Completion of these courses is REQUIRED of every new incoming Providence College student, including transfers and commuters by AUGUST 11th, 2023. Students planning to live on campus must complete these trainings in order to move into their residence hall.

  • AlcoholEDU for College
  • CliftonStrengths® for Students
  • Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging for Students
  • Mental Wellbeing for Students

Click here to access all the courses through the Providence College Vector Solutions website. Sign in using your pc email and log-in credentials provided in the encrypted email you received in early May. Most of the courses contain multiple modules. Your progress will be saved at the end of each module, so you can stop at the end of a module and come back to the training at anytime.
