The 2020 Urban Action program has unfortunately been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Students who had completed registrations will be contacted directly by the Dean of Students Office.

Scholarships for Urban Action
A limited number of need-based scholarships are available for the Urban Action Program. Students interested in applying for a need-based scholarship should complete this scholarship application.
Registration Fee Payment Instructions
AFTER you complete the online registration form, please follow these instructions to pay the registration fee and finalize your registration.
- A copy of the online registration form will be emailed to the email address you provided in your registration form. Print a copy of the form you receive via email and sign the “Student Signature” section. If you will be under the age of 18 at the time the program starts (August 22, 2020), your parent/guardian must sign.
- Attach your check for the $200 program fee to your signed form, and mail to the address below. If you applied for the need-based scholarship, a $25 deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded to those who receive scholarships AND attend the program. For those who are accepted into the program but do not receive scholarships, this deposit may either be put toward the cost of the program or refunded (should you choose not to participate).
Participants with completed registration forms will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
All checks should be made out to “Providence College” and mailed with a signed copy of your registration to:

All students who apply to Urban Action must have a health record on file with the Providence College Student Health Center NO LATER THAN JULY 15TH in order to be considered for the program. Visit the Student Health Center website for more information.
